In this presentation we will discuss the basics of technology and screen addiction in students and teens and some of the corresponding academic impacts teachers are seeing in the classroom. Participants will hear best practices on setting technology limits, contracts, and discussing screen addiction and its consequences and manifestations with parents as well as how to address the overuse of technology in the classroom.
