Penny has been an elementary, middle school and community college teacher. Her passion is for increasing practices in all classrooms that support English learners; one of these equitable practices is exposing ALL students to new future possibilities using Oregon Connections and OERs. Penny is the Director of Career-Connected Learning at the South-Metro Salem STEM Hub.
